Lucky Luke by Morris

I know it doesn’t look to you as much but this is Lucky Luke riding his horse Jolly Jumper, “the smartest horse in the world” by Morris.
I will prefer to have him riding towards the sunset but then I will not see his face.

"The Swastika and Symbols of Hate" cover

I am very proud of the fact that I designed the cover for the new edition of The Swastika and Symbols of Hate, Extremist Iconography Today book by Steven Heller. This goes beyond design, because the importance of the subject matters to me first and foremost. That is partly why I persuaded Steve to create this book and help him with the new edition, with a large part dedicated to neo-nazi iconography. I am grateful that he mentions that in his acknowledgement.

Now I would personally like to acknowledge my intern, Vivian Dehning, who fixed and retouched most of the images and the design of the interior of the book.

Design of Dissent Workshop at CENTRO

Here are a few pictures from a Design of Dissent workshop at the CENTRO school in Mexico City. The workshop went on for three days and included twenty two visual communication students from CENTRO, who created amazing posters. Hopefully I will have a chance to show some of them soon.
