Graphic Distancing A.C.2020

Here are a few pages from a visual essay A.C.2020. I created this work to express anxiety and uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 epidemic. The visual essay is comprised of self contained single page stories.

Tadanori Yokoo in Neshan magazine

The leading Iranian graphic design magazine Neshan just published the essay I wrote about Tadanori Yokoo, which was originally published in IDEA, Japanese design magazine.

Nick Rhodes and I

Before I got the actual issue of IDEA Magazine I wrote in my blog post that "I was surprised and honored when Tadanori Yokoo recently asked me to write an essay about him for the new issue
of IDEA magazine."

Now when I have the issue in my hands I'm even more honored because, besides asking me
to write an essay, Tadanori also asked Nick Rhodes from Duran Duran.

It is quite a big honor.

Tadanori Yokoo Essay

I was surprised and honored when Tadanori Yokoo recently asked me to write an essay about him for the new issue of IDEA magazine, one of the most respectable graphic design magazines in the world. The new issue is titled Recent Works of Tadanori Yokoo Since 2010.

For those of you who are not very familiar with graphic design, Tadanori Yokoo and Milton Glaser

are the most recognized and celebrated designers of our time.
