My recent acquisitions: splash tile page and second page from Welcome to Koshu Prison from the Yakuza manga series, drawn by Kanzaki Junji in 1992.
I have quite a few originals from this manga series now. I am fascinated with how this artist is not afraid of using big empty spaces, like this coat, and at the same time, how interestingly he shows the dynamics on the page too.
